We use Canada Post, Fedex, UPS courier.
We provide FREE Canada & US shipping on all orders over C$50. For orders below C$50, shipping cost will be calculated based on product weight at check-out stage.
Your shipment will be shipped from our warehouse in Richmond, BC or via our various warehouses in Canada.
Tracking number will be provided to you via email notification after the order has been shipped. You are welcome to track your shipment via courier’s website or courier’s app.
At this moment, we offer only Canada and US shipping.
Please take a few pictures of the damaged package and/or product and contact us via email@example.com, we will arrange replacement for you after we review the case.
